This page is maintained by FLOWOPS Digital Inc. It summarizes the general terms of use for CANFLOW CMMS; a signed order form or subscription agreement, where applicable, will control over any conflict.

1. Acceptance

By accessing or using CANFLOW CMMS ("Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the Service. The Service is provided by FLOWOPS Digital Inc. ("FLOWOPS", "we", "us").

2. Accounts

You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for all activity on your account. You must promptly notify us of any unauthorized access.

3. Subscription and billing

CANFLOW CMMS is offered on a flat monthly subscription with unlimited users. Fees are billed in advance and are non-refundable except where required by law. Any signed order form controls specific pricing and renewal terms.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

Use the Service to violate any law or third-party right.
Attempt to disrupt, reverse engineer, or gain unauthorized access to the Service or its underlying infrastructure.
Upload content or data that infringes intellectual property, privacy, or safety rights of others.

5. Customer data

You retain all rights to the maintenance data, work orders, and records you submit to CANFLOW CMMS. You grant FLOWOPS a limited license to process that data solely to provide the Service.

6. Availability and support

We work to keep CANFLOW CMMS available and performant, but do not guarantee uninterrupted operation. Planned maintenance and incident response are handled through our status channel.

7. Termination

Either party may terminate a subscription in accordance with the applicable order form. On termination we will make customer data available for export for a reasonable period, after which it may be deleted.

8. Disclaimer and liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, to the maximum extent permitted by law. FLOWOPS is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

9. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be announced through the Service or by email to account administrators before they take effect.
